AlpaLuxe Corp. currently ships to all Europe, Canada and everywhere in the world.

All items are shipped from Vero Beach, Florida in the United States. We work with USPS (United States Postal Service), Federal Express, DHL and UPS to ship our products to international locations.

CITES Permit for Vicuna and Guanaco

For Vicuna Products shipped outside the USA please allow two weeks for shipping in order to comply with the international guidelines and permit requested by CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Your packages might be subject to the customs fees, taxes and import duties of the country of destination. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the customs, taxes and import duties at the time of delivery. Alpaluxe Corp. cannot determine in advance what these fees will be because we have no control over these charges. For this reason, Alpaluxe Corp. shipping charges do not include any of these fees.

Return and Exchange Policy

Our products, specially the Vicuna and Guanaco are a special ordered. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the shipping from Peru in order to comply with the international guidelines and permit requested by CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species)if we are out of stock. This is the world's finest wool, hence there is a very limited supply. The Vicuna and Guanaco are protected and only shorn 1-2 times a year per animal and live in the high altitudes of the Andes Mountains. Here at Alpaluxe, because of the nature of this exquisite product, we cannot issue refunds, in the unlikely case your product is defective, we will replace it for you. We personally and thoroughly inspect every single item before they are shipped out to you, enforcing our own additional strict requirements on the quality, finish and packing of every single piece. Every Vicuna and Guanaco item is shipped out with its own certificate of authenticity and nestled in a Complimentary Hand Crafted Cedar Box.

Please notify us of a damage product within 14 days in order to process the exchange. The item needs to be returned in it's original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) for exchange. After 14 days from day received by customer, sale product is not eligible for exchange.
