All items are shipped from Toledo, Ohio in the United States. We work with USPS (United States Postal Service)and UPS to ship our products to international locations.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your packages might be subject to the customs fees, taxes and import duties of the country of destination. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the customs, taxes and import duties at the time of delivery. Andina Corp. cannot determine in advance what these fees will be because we have no control over these charges. For this reason, Andina Corp. shipping charges do not include any of these fees.

Return and Exchange Policy
Our products, primarily the Vicuna and Guanaco are a special ordered. These are the world's finest wool, hence there is a very limited supply. The Vicuna and Guanaco are protected and only shorn 1-2 times a year per animal and live in the high altitudes of the Andes Mountains. Here at Andina, because of the nature of this exquisite product, we cannot issue refunds, in the unlikely case your product is defective, we will replace it for you. We personally and thoroughly inspect every single item before they are shipped out to you, enforcing our own additional strict requirements on the quality, finish and packing of every single piece. Every Vicuna and Guanaco item is shipped out with its own certificate of authenticity and nestled in a Complimentary Hand Crafted Cedar Box.
Please notify us of a damage product within 14 days in order to process the exchange. The item needs to be returned in it's original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) for exchange. After 14 days from day received by customer, sale product is not eligible for exchange.
All other Alpaca products if you’re not 100% satisfied with a product you purchase from us we’ll happily accept returns and or exchanges within 14 days of clean, unworn and unwashed merchandise for a full refund.Remember, all returns must be clean, unworn and unwashed. If you have any questions about our policy, please call us before you return your product. Ultimately, we make our final decision on any product return once the product is in our hands.
